British consulate los angeles! please somebody answer me. im going nuts.?
what will happen if you do not put the expected date of travel in the reverse of the envelope when applying for a visit visa in british consulate los angeles? i was not aware that i have to do this. its not in the instruction all they said is to send the documents within two weeks of taking the biometrics. i sent mine November 24 and they received it november 29 but they have not sent me any email notification stating that they have safely received my application.i did not purchase a priority service because, AGAIN i was not aware that they have this service, i did the application by myself online. does this mean that because i dont have the expected date of travel in the reverse of my enveloped, and i dont have a priority service, they will not acknowledge the fact that i sent my application 2 months earlier as my planned date?? im planning to travel first week of february. or do they process the applications by the date they received my documents? which is November 29.
