Moving To Los Angeles
Los Angeles Divorce Lawyer
Los Angeles is currently the largest city in California and its County, Los Angeles County, has over 10, 000 Los Angeles attorneys (or Los Angeles lawyers) registered with the State Bar of California. Other popular cities within Los Angeles County are Agoura Hills, Arcadia, Artesia, Bellflower, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Calabasas, City of Industry, Claremont, Covina, Culver City, Diamond Bar, Downey, Encino, Glendale, Glendora, Granada Hills, Hidden Hills, La Mirada, Lakewood, Lancaster, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, Monrovia, North Hollywood, Northridge, Norwalk, Pacific Palisades, Palmdale, Pasadena, Pomona, Rancho Palos Verde, Redondo Beach, Rolling Hills, Santa Clarita, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Tarzana, Torrance, Universal City, Valencia, Van Nuys, Whittier, Woodland Hills, and others. With so many practicing attorneys in Los Angeles County, how do you find the right Los Angeles divorce attorney (or Los Angeles divorce lawyer) who can help you with your particular divorce case and/or child custody case?
An experienced Los Angeles divorce lawyer should have experience and legal expertise in the field of family law. Family law covers a variety of topics such as divorce or dissolution of marriage, paternity, domestic partnerships, child custody and visitation, domestic violence, restraining orders, spousal support, child support, guardianship, adoptions, community property, division of property, and more. Some divorce attorneys may specialize or have more experience in specific areas of family law. For example, Los Angeles currently has approximately 250 Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS) registered with the State Bar of California. Such Los Angeles attorney's have made efforts to become State Bar certified in the field of family law. In other words, of over 10, 000 Los Angeles attorneys in California, only 250 are Certified Family Law Specialists (CFLS). However, just because an attorney is not a Certified Family Law Specialist does not mean he/she is not qualified and/or experienced in the field of family law, divorce and child custody. There are certainly many well-qualified Los Angeles attorneys who do not hold State Bar certifications. If you are searching for a Los Angeles divorce attorney and you do not know what to look for or where to begin, narrowing down your search to only those who practice family law may be a place where you want to begin.
Further, an experienced Los Angeles divorce lawyer should have success representing clients on child custody and divorce cases in Los Angeles County. He/she will likely be familiar with the judges, processes, and procedures in Los Angeles County which an attorney outside of Los Angeles may not have. However, just because an attorney is not located in Los Angeles does not mean he/she is not qualified and/or experienced to handle a family law, divorce, or child custody case in Los Angeles County. Ultimately, if you have a child custody and/or divorce case in Los Angeles County, you will want to investigate any prospective attorney's background and experience and choose the right divorce lawyer you believe can help you with your case and legal need.

Should I Move to Los Angeles, OR San Diego?
I Live In The Antelope Valley, A community a little north of LA in the mojave desert. I'm trying to Move out to somewhere with that "big city" feel, but still In So-Cal, Now I've lived in either of both of those cities before for a few years at different times in my life, but I just don't know where I should settle at...
Palmdale and Lancaster are nothing but drug infested battlegrounds, between the Rich conservative Land-Owners, The Working Class Druggie Scuzzy Youth, and The Middle Class Suburban families, all fighting over what to do in this boredom stricken, Disease and Drug infested desert. The streets are riddled with The same urban corruption you'd expect to see from Places Like South Central or Highland Parkin LA and San Ysidro In SD which you shouldnt have to see since all of the AV is practically Planned communities all shittily placed and tracted. Plus this Valley , although within LA county limits, is very culturally and even geographically cut off from The Los Angeles, OC, LB, SD Surfing-Beach culture Im used to from my (earlier) youth... Plus there is ABSOLUTELY no room for growth... This place is for the old and the poor in my opinion.
There... Phew.. Now that all my ranting has subsided let me go on and tell you a little about myself now....
I'm 18 years old, Very into Punk, Ska, Reggae, Hardcore, Straight edge, Etc. I'm heavily into the local music scene out here (since its the only thing i really can do for fun) and want to pursue music as a proffessional endevour.
I have held several jobs within the passed 2 years but currently am unemployed,
Front two bands
Have a total savings of 7,600 $
I can't live at home for more than probably another year so thats how much longer I have to save up some more cash plus My home life has kinda been suckish
The reason why I ask is because based on my needs what would be better
I want to live somewhere with plenty of entertainment
lots of work opportunity,
(relatively) close to the beach
CHEAP ENOUGH FOR ME AND SEVERAL OTHER FRIENDS A FEW YEARS OLDER THAN I TO AFFORD
and close to where all the Music action and clubs and stuff are happening..
OH! and since these are pretty big cities with lots of Neighborhoods and areas, what are some areas within these two cities that you'd recommend ... and what kind of prices should I expect from these areas in terms of Rent and costs of living... I know your all gonna say to just stay home (or go to school) I don't really need to go to school.... (also forgot to mention I grip for my neighbor's Production company which I get paid for sometimes)
based on that what would be a better choice
Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions, and have a good day :P
Patrick Yes I have lived here at POINTS in my life... Im barely 18, i havn't lived in either location since i Was about 15, I wasn't thinking about whether or not the places I had experienced would make great locations for my first place.....(Which they probably aren't considering how close to the beach they are) I have Opinions about the place... yes but MY QUESTION WAS BASED ON PRICES AND SUCH

I think I'm starting to like her?
Okay, so I'm a 16 year old guy and I think I'm starting to like my best friend (she's 13, turning 14 in a month)
Is there something wrong with me?
I'm not planning on getting into a serious, marriage-able relationship until after I move to Los Angeles (I live on the East Coast and i'd rather marry a girl in Cali bcuz relocating is tough, and I'm moving there anyway soon, she's moving to NYC in a few years and most friends are staying in the hometown though)
- We unintentionally flirt with each other every time we meet
- She tried to hug me today at our Youth Club thing but got stopped just as her arms were almost around me by the instructor (who yelled "No touching!!!!" like it was the end of the world lol)
- She already has a boyfriend, but he is moving away soon
- We sing Love songs all the time (okay, more like jokingly and butcheringly, but you get the point)
- I have more fun with her than most of my guy friends combined
- People always think me and her are dating
All of these factors made me start having feelings for her.
Should I :
1)abstain myself from dating her and just wait until I move to California and live out the life I've always wanted
OR
2) date her for about a year, break up but still remain good friends, be a bit of a playboy in University (mid-term relationships; ie 6 months to a year) while doing my Music Career at the same time. Then start seriously looking for a girl in Cali.
Thanks!
BTW I'll still be living in the East Coast during University, I'm only moving to LA after Uni is over

Will the Minnesota Vikings move to Los Angeles?
They are having major problems bulding a new stadium. And the governor of Minnesota actually met with the mayor of Los Angeles about this problem. I can't really see the vikings move but then again the lakers moved from minnesota to L.A so anything can happen.
The NFC North has so much history and I think moving the team would be a bad idea. If any team moves to LA it should be the Rams L.A wants the rams back and the only way they would accept the vikings is if the rams moved too.
The Vikings ranked 23rd in attendance last year which isn't good it doesn't help the situation, but even with that problem I still can't see the Vikings moving what do you think?
